6th annual contest "The Best in Profession"

20 workers has been fighting to achieve the grade of "The Best in Profession" in VI annual competition – workers of Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop and Blank Production Shop as well as representatives of Integral, LLC scrap collection point in Kharkov city, Keramet-Ukraine, LLC scrap metal processing area in Kriviy Rih city. Traditionally competitions run among oxygen-cutting operators, crane operators in metallurgical production, FUCHS loader machines operators and mechanical transport with manipulator drivers.

To gain a victory in competition participants had to demonstrate high level of theoretical and practical training. Therefore, for theoretical knowledge estimation competitors answered to examination questions that comprise questions for their own profession, secondary profession and Health and Safety Matters. In order to estimateprofessional skills under production conditions competition committee has arranged the number of practical tasks. For example to FUCHS loader machines operators was set a task to build as quickly as possible a pyramid from 6th pipe sections and to oxygen-cutting operators – to cut exact figures from the picture in set time limits.

As a result of two competition stages the best workers in 2018 of Keramet, PrJSC production departments has been determined:

The first place was taken by:

• Among oxygen-cutting operators – ZVYAGINTSEV Konstantin, Dnerprodzerjinsk Blank Production Shop;

• Among crane operators in metallurgical production – LYALIK Tatyana, Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop;

• Among FUCHS loader machines operators – SUKHOBRUS Egor, Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop;

• Among mechanical transport with manipulator drivers – PLOTNIKOV Sergey, Integral, LLC (Kharkov city).

The second place was taken by:

• Among oxygen-cutting operators – BOVA Sergey, Keramet-Ukraine, LLC scrap metal processing area in Kriviy Rih city;

• Among crane operators in metallurgical production – KUDRYAVTSEVA Elena, Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop;

• Among FUCHS loader machines operators – PETRUSHA Pavel, Dnerprodzerjinsk Blank Production Shop;

• Among mechanical transport with manipulator drivers – EMETS Evgeniy, Dnerprodzerjinsk Blank Production Shop.

The third place was taken by:

• Among oxygen-cutting operators – BONDARENKO Denis, Keramet-Ukraine, LLC scrap metal processing area in Kriviy Rih city;

• Among crane operators in metallurgical production – ISHENKO Tatyana, Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop;

Among FUCHS loader machines operators – KUNAVIN Vasisliy, Dnerprodzerjinsk Preparation Shop; Among mechanical transport with manipulator drivers – ZAIYKA Alexandr, Dnerprodzerjinsk Blank Production Shop.

Production Director of Keramet, PrJSC Sahanenko Konstantyn has summarized the results and congratulated every participant of "The Best in Profession" competition with professional day and competition committee awardedwinners with Certificates of Honour. As well performance bonus has been paid to winners – 4500 UAH, 3500 UAH, 2500 UAH for first three places correspondingly.
