Director General of PJSC "Keramet" Volodymyr Bubley held a seminar at the MBA program site in Donetsk National University

Read the seminar on "Power in organizations" in the course "Organizational Behavior". The audience of the seminar included students and graduates of the program "Master of Business Administration" of Donetsk National University.

Theoretical part included questions about the use of power, the sources of conflict and ways of conflict overcoming, decision-making methods. The practical component of the workshop consisted in practicing of management decision-making skills. The students were offered special thematic case studies, based on real business situations.
