General meetings of the Dniprodzerzhynsk scrap workshop

On August 12th-13th, 2015 general meetings of the Dniprodzerzhynsk scrap workshop and Dniprodzerzhynsk procurement-production workshop staff took place. Director General, Production Director, Heads of workshops and HR managers represented the Company. Performance results of the first 7 months of 2015, plans and development prospects of the Company were discussed during the meeting.

Particular attention was paid to the feedback from the workshops’ staff. All the comments and suggestions made during the meeting were taken into account. Particularly, questions about repairs of equipment and premises, improvement of working conditions, work clothes, social guarantees were raised. Most of the proposals were considered constructive, their implementation has already begun.
