II. Notification text

Due to the recall of the member (early termination of authorities) from the Supervisory Board of the Company and due to the appointment of a new Supervisory Board member, according to the resolution made by the General stockholders’ meeting of Keramet JSC, held on 25.04.2016 (minutes №1-2016 of 25/04/2016), the authority of a member of the Supervisory Board Keramet JSC Povoroznyk Bogdan Orestovych has been terminated.

Povoroznyk B.O. has been holding this position for one year - since April 2015, he doesn’t possess a share in the authorized capital of the Company, has no outstanding convictions for fraud and official malfeasance.

According to the resolution of the General stockholders’ meeting of Keramet JSC, held on 25.04.2016 (minutes №1-2016 of 25/04/2016) due to the termination of authorities (recall) of the previous Supervisory Board member, the new Supervisory Board member – Strilko Marina Oleksandrivna was appointed, period of authorities - 2 years.
