Production Director and manager of Foreign Economic Activities Department of PJSC "Keramet" have visited steel and scrap collecting companies in Germany
The get-to-know tour was organized by the company Liebherr - partner of PJSC "Keramet" and one of the world`s leading equipment manufacturers.
An extensive program of business trip included visits to companies, which specialize in the processing and sale of waste and recyclable materials: Götz (Neu-Ulm), Kutter (Memmingen), Kaatsch (Plochingen). Representatives of "Keramet" visited two large-scale German steel plants - Badische Stahlwerke (Kehl) and Dillinger Hütte (Dillingen).
In addition, employees of the company have got acquainted with the work of the Liebherr logistics center, visited the factory for the production of hydraulic excavators, mobile cranes and trucks Liebherr Hydraulikbagger GmbH (Kirchdorf) and plant for the production of rigging for loading machines Genesis GmbH (Memmingen).
Very useful in terms of gaining experience and studying the latest industry trends was the report of Doctor of Engineering Uwe Goerisch on modern equipment and guidelines of metal scrap company operation according to the EU legislation. Within the terms of further cooperation with the company Liebherr "Keramet" representatives have also got acquainted with the program of restoration, replacement and repair of the original Liebherr components, discussed the acquisition of a second loading machine Liebherr for "Keramet Hungary" LLC.
